    Correct about the PR! :)

    Getting to my point , will "they" allow CXY or UGC proceed without CCS? Correct me if i'm wrong but there will be no more Coal-Fired Power Stations built in Queensland without some form of CC? Would this be any different allowing UGC to proceed without following the same guidlines?
