The coal is not mined.

Nobody sees it.

There is a tenuous link that ucg could be seen as "virtual" mining.

There are no boilers.

However there are turbines.

And they run on gas.

As in ucg syngas.

I'd tell anyone who tries to convince you otherwise that they've been to creative thinking or writing classes at the local TAFE.

If it was someone form the Qld Guvverment I'd simple say to them "show me the coal".
