Hi Moosey, Concord Hospital in Sydney have been doing some work in the dermal replacement area. This is a link from 2010, didn`t see the show last night however it sounds like this story is being revisited. Polynovo have the scaffold that is needed to seal the wound while a skin graft is prepared (cultured). This has been described as a generational shift from products currently available and should ultimately replace "integra" as preferred treatment. Any developments to create a full thickness skin are a way off and I would back Dr Greenwood and his work as equal or better than what others are trying to do. Should become clearer when his skin web site is operating.
