re: ccv - jebigabre Growth slowed like you said but the Cash Advance business is now taking root and taking off. Its going to grow exponentially as more and more franchisees introduce this concept into their stores. Revenues rose approx. 100% for this part of the business. Let's just say they are making huge margins here. For every $100 they lend they charge $35! Its the biggest rip off I've seen in my life but people still go there. I hold CCV so couldn't care less.
The mini store concept looks like its a winner and when it is introduced here from the UK it will take off as well. Lots of growth available in Aust. especially in NSW.
K. Paker's mob Challanger FG have been buying up big at these prices.
This is how Harvey Norman started off.
Like that they franchise. They have an international business model. Like the chunky net profit margins, like the high ROE. Like its ability to generate heaps of free cashflow and the minimal investment needed in the business. Franchisee's do that for them, they recieve the fees.
