hehe. Yeah look this stock is definately not for the 'ethical' investor.
They got into problems with their franchisees suing them but they've smartened up their act and now the contracts they've signed ensure this won't happen again. Talked to management and they have confirmed this. The problems that I can see is possibly community or church groups in the future being a nuisance & taking some class action but these would be buying opportunities IMO. Also a perfect stock that would do well in a recession.
The global and domestic platform is there for growth. NZ too. They should go about their business from here of raking in the cash. A Dividend is going to be announced in the half-yearly but this has already been factored in the share price I feel.
