I'm shocked they (Ezcorp) haven't added to their holding personally, I've been expecting a creep up in holding then all out take over offer, Ezcorp will never have the noose of paying dividends, once CCV start paying dividends Ezcorp will be in a very nice position, they are always on the lookout for acquisitions, geographically it would make sense to them to take out CCV, already big in North America and built out quite a position in Latin America.
Looking forward to CCV resuming dividends and think the half year results will be the last time they don't pay one, should be a minimum of 1c per half after that IMO, possibly even 1.5c, my preference would be to start with 1c and also start buying back some shares to get this thing moving in the right direction finally
