The amature investor looks at what has happened here and asks the question how does the market value this stock higher now just after it has to pay out 42M.
What people are forgetting is that we the share holders are paying this. We haven't recieved a dividend in 4 years.It went to the CV warchest.
The company in its self would not be too far away from its current position if had not been involved in the CA's.
We incurred loss of yield distribution and the company short term brand damage.
An announcement of dividend re- establishment
should see a significant correction in SP.
