Lets face it though, the 1H and FY are both going to look terrible taken on their own, without context
The underlying has the potential to tell a better story, but we don't know whether or not it will, or if it will show a surprise downside, such as a downside revision of the bad debts (although you'd hope that couldn't happen again since the new CEO already seemingly oredered one when he first arrived)
If timing the market is your thing, the best time to get in (save just before a surprise upside announcement - which we can't predict) will be just before they regain the ability to pay dividends again. When that is likely will become more apparent after the 1H, but it won't happen in this 1H.
