Looks like abit of interest back into CCV now... as I have said before, good buisiness, no debts, strong cash flows, in expansion and growth stage in Europe, AND low PE ratio of around 10... looks like it will be rerated before Christmas...
Many growth companies do not pay dividend yet, need the money for expansion. The key word is cash flow positive.
