This recent poster on the Evan’s Facebook page tells me the HO team has a lot of work ahead of it to get Evan’s truly profitable and humming as a business:

”Evans but you don’t answer DMs - in fact you out right ignore them, as well as emails, phone calls and the majority of Facebook comments- you have treated your customers appallingly and deserve to be reported.Evan used to be a beacon, a representative for the plus size women on the high street when no other shops thought to stock - now they are ignoring and humiliating their customers by making them plead for simple answers, simple replies - as a brand Evans has gone against everything they stood for - now you’re doing everything you can to silence that voice”
