CCZ report out today.
Share issue 60c Ansteel own 42.1% of GBG
Share Issue 70c Ansteel own 39.1% of GBG
Share Issue 80c Ansteel own 36.7% of GBG
This would just about give Ansteel full control as other shareholders are fairly fragmented.
Does anyone know if this then gives Ansteel a share of Lodestone which I thought was fully GBG owned.
Are we selling assets in the short term that we shouldnt be as we are so close to production. Maybe a bit of debt is not a bad thing in the longer term.
Suppose we will have to wait for further announcements and see if management can justify this turn of events.
