Alibaba...I have stopped dealing with them years ago. Most everything for sale on their websites is dog shit anyway. Appalling ethical standards in my opinion, they just let anything happen on their sites. Minelab has a list of known fraudulent companies selling counterfeit products on Alibaba websites, 20+ such companies... Yet Alibaba doesn't seem to care much about it. Anyway, if chinese companies cannot create genuine technology on their own and continue to resort to this petty criminal activity, there isnt much to fear. It means the Minelab brand is indeed 'dangerous'-ly powerful. The only thing that gets eroded is the trust in chinese E-commerce websites.
