Yes this management has to be removed asap.

It's unbelievable that these things are happening in Australia.

I realised this stock when I was trying to find out M Walker stock in Sept. last year. He sent a notice of extraordinary meeting to CDB management but they issued a lots of shares to others (believed to be their associates) and dropped MW's substantial shareholding down, them MW's notice was cancelled. They I gave up buying any shares of CBD.

Now after reading all this nasty information I don't understand how those people still keep managing this stock market company.

I think MW is still a shareholder, he could do something to bring a new life to this company if these guys left the management to him.

Or... God should help out the shareholders if ASX or ASIC can't do anyhting!
