Hi serena.

I could be a case of the Chinese Government Bank taking back the shares from Hanlong and on selling/loaning in the way of funding another Chinese Government backed company to own those shares. I cant see the Chinese Government being directly involved by name in owning shares in SDL or taking over SDL by buying shares to take them to a compulsory takeover position. It will be another Chinese backed Government company in my opinion.
