    G'day LOPEZ,

    Even though it has a preference of TST for < 5 years it says that the use of QFT [in < 5 yo] "...is acceptable and still considered good medical and public health practice."

    We are starting to see the outcome of a few studies in children now and no doubt that "preference" will be retracted in time.
