    I doubt it worthy of comment. This company operates like Ol' Sergent Joe Friday where it is all about 'Show me the facts ma'm' and provisionals ain't yet the facts.

    I reckon we will see the final EOY numbers before we see the guidelines and those numbers will be the primary driver in prompting some action into the SP of CST.
