Why on earth would you post such garbage from an anti-vax Twitter account? The tweet itself now seems to have been deleted.
The CDC PCR test is still listed on their website as having emergency use authority, and in fact had a revision granted on the day of this tweet. It has not been "REVOKED", nor is there a Class I recall listed in the Weekly Enforcement Reports of recalled products.
The CDC Lab Alert says that after December 31, 2021, the CDC will withdraw the request for EUA.
