I appreciate the position you are in (I think).
If people want the right to voice their opinion (that is what this site is about), with that comes responsibility and accountability.

What you are saying is that people would rather the accountability (punishment) to escape being held responsible in front of their peers....
From my perspective (and generally none of us are alone in our thoughts), I would rather that people are held responsible in a transparent manner...

My view is that I would be horrified to think that I have been 'dudded' (in this case, I would think, highly unlikely) and not have that person up to scrutiny.

I say that, appreciating that I do not fund this site (directly) nor do I know the details of Carlos' suspension.

I know you have a hairy chest, but (in my view)HC should take a leadership role that does not make this issue (or others) a personal issue against you.
