As to your other comments:
They don't do large projects only small stuff where they lose money --- No, they are not losing money & earnings are improving.
Zero engineering in US --- Okay, but so what?
No presence in Europe --- Again, so what?
No significant presence in Asia -- Ditto.

You may be right about manipulation. I think it is manipulation that may have got the share price down to these low levels. Just watch how the latest buy back is managed.

IMHO CDD is a bargain at current prices.

I'll tell you what, it's the largest growth in infrastructure the world has ever seen. If you are not there, you are nowhere, Australia is a tiny market.

The other point I would make is if you are not in Asia accessing people recourses or using the cost advantages you have a model from 1980. There is zero reason to concentrate your resources in the USA or Australia. I don't use any consultants in Australia or the US, too expensive and not particularly good.
