    I agree I don't think Crescent should be in charge.

    The headcount is not a major, if too many are not chargeable and there's no path to them becoming billable they will be laid off easily.

    I would be more worried about morale - not a fun environment to work in. Positive feedback loops of people quitting and being laid off.

    If people aren't charging but are bidding for work then the positive momentum in the business could rebuild.

    If they lay off people like that margins look good but you kill the business.

    We always go through peaks and troughs in consultancy - Crescent are paid well their jobs not that hard they should piss or get off the pot.
