Car T was developed by the University of Pennsylvania. They are generally recognised as the pioneers of Car-T therapy

Only 3 companies are developing therapies targeting CDH17, and we are the ONLY company with Car T in the clinic (soon) and a NK CDH17 in preclinical trial

Gastric, colorectal and NED cancers represent some of the largest oncology segments with single digit to low teen 5 year survival rates - ie huge markets with unmet needs

There are over 5+ million gastric cancer diagnoses annually

CDH17 is a novel antigen that has only recently been attracting attention as a potential cancer target. CD19 and BCMA have been the main antigens targeted by by biotech companies for blood cancers over the last few years.

Paul Hopper was quoted a few years ago as saying that licensing CDH17 Car T from the University of Pennsylvania was one of the best deals he has ever inked in the biotech space.

CDH 17 Car T featured on the cover of Nature Oncology vaccine so it has been rigorously reviewed and independently verified

If the CDH17 Car T works then the NK therapy will also attract a huge valuation

CDH17 Car T is targeting solid tumours and is poised to be the first Car T to demonstrate amazing efficacy like the CD19 Bcell blood cancers

Big pharma will be watching the progress on this trial very closely.
