Another stock forum has Desert posting that CDNTS is looking to establish whether WDLAC has followed prescribed body corporate regulations regarding LD and Kintyre...

Well are we surprised CDNTS is trying to stop any progress? We should not be...CDNTS has a cracking track record in attempting to halt progress...

Go to page 28 of the report and look at the segment titled: The Agreements Experience...in total between 2009 and 2012 CDNTS received 975 notices and guess how many resulted in ILUAs...yes that is right...a big fat donut...0

I still am perplexed as to why the CDNTS is attempting to seek whether PBC practices have been met...for one, the areas where the Martu are to mine are not under CDNTS jurisdiction. So why does it bother???

And second, the mining lease over LD was granted which suggests PBC practices have been met as per the conditions stated in the prior thread...'why I'm confident'.

The report highlights the significant delays due to CDNTS's negotiating style. This is exactly what is happening with the Tjamu Tjamu at Lake Mackay. CDNTS is preventing progress despite Tjamu Tjamu showing interest to reach agreement.

Is it not about time that CDNTS be seen for what they are...an institution sucking tax payers money that stonewalls any progress.. can anyone believe that it has not granted even 1 ILUA amongst the 975 notices it has received? An absolute joke!

That said I expect RWD's ILUA agreement to get through, but not this year...early next year...
