the item was on background briefing today (abc) and is on the web. My question is as a former shareholder I bought this stock as a recommendation by Small Cap Investigator and they kept dropping in price. It wasnt until 15 months after I sold them that I found out they lost up to $90m ??? on CDO investments. Shouldnt the market be informed or the shareholders be informed of the losses.
