I think they lost $25 million - it's no secret, but they are taking legal action to get it back.
Last I heard the litigation funder IMF, which is very, very successful, has taken the case.
Some one posted on this thread a while back that IMF don't take on any case that they don't believe, with almost a certaintly, that they will win.
Their fees are hefty, around 30 per cent. So based on that info from a previous post the company stands to be reinbursed about $18 million or so.
The company is on the cusp of going from research to production and I believe the products they have are world class. Should almost be compulsory for every home in Australia to be fitted with a BlueGen unit.
