The number of Volante shares in which Commander has a relevant interest (as disclosed in the
attached notice) together with the number of Volante shares the subject of acceptance
instructions under the Facility equals 57.89% of all Volante shares.

For those still buying on-market, DO NOT factor in the 2 cent fully franked dividend as a part of the $1.15 Commander offer price. Any shares bought after March 24 were trading on an ex dividend basis and will only receive the $1.05 offer price plus the 8 cent fully franked dividend which equals $1.13.

This is 100% correct and it took me many phone calls to both the Volante and Commander shareholder hotlines to get it right.

Seems like the curtain is certainly closing for Volante.
