Ambac down 30% in trade last night. This will probably be technically insolvent if the Mark to Market accounting in the US is not suspended by close of play tomorrow as part of the rescue package and the rescue package in general is not approved. Agree serious impact on ANZ CDSs if that happens. Don't spend your ANZ divvy just yet holders.....
