Rising RSI turns. Higher high higher lows.
Next one will be around 2.9-3c IMO in next 1-2 months looks like timing.
Only second monthly candle each run growing in strength - could break 2.9-3c in the next 6-8 weeks.
Chart wise nothing to 60-84c above that range.
