I agree 10-12c range should be our next price target range, not based on TA, but if we get some favourable news/results coming our way (including our neighbours). I think it could happen sooner than 6-12 months all things being equal (ie we do not have a serious market down turn).
For a good comparison look at CRR. Not a cross promote (I hold, but hold more CDT in value) shows what some favourable news can do for companies such as this.
I personally think we just need to sit back and enjoy the ride here.
