I mean, there's 4 sellers that make up that figure at 6.6c.
If you go down that route you got to look at the (currently) unrealistic high volume buy orders
There's 3 buyers at 6.1mil at .006, 1 buyer at 1.2 mil at .005 and 1 buyer at 2mil at .002
