The ole classic , break strong resistance and then challenge it to act as support looks to be true here, and fits in perfectly with EW principles, one being , wave 4 down doesnt enter in wave 1 territory , within reason for sub waves as they can slightly enter, such as dipping to the 50 fib 5.6 support or even 61 fib ( 5.4 ) , but in general, doesnt go below the 38 fib which is where it is currently.....

I took the opportunity to double my holdings with this current dip, RSI 14 perfectly placed , just above 50 and very little resistance holding CDT back once 6.47 resistance gets broken, which is minor in itself.....i see 10c on the loom easily if one piece of positive FA news drops, .....

MACRO...........DOW up 150...........nice recovery going on.......assuming DR MAD PUTIN doesnt go nuke!!

Lets hope the OLIGARCHY make a claim for the $1m bounty on Putins head........they need the money !

I just realised that my description of the charts and the relevance of fib levels and wave 4 down would have made more sense if i attached the proper fib retrace, rather than the fib extension.........

Read the description again, then refer to THIS chart.!
