Visually not a good sign as it breaked below the trend line but this is also due to external market factors, nothing to do with fundamentals of CDT itself. The more quickly it goes down the more quickly it will recover, keep this thing in mind if any one thinking Panic selling. We have clear recent examples of market behaviour during Jan and Feb and how quickly it recovered itself. Li is not going any where and we have multiple metal projects.
Now in the forex market USD slips down, good sign after the release of CPI DATA OF US. Not a huge increase in inflation Feb Vs March, only 0.8 in numbers increased, as was previously anticipated higher. So FED will probably stay with its decision to increase policy rate by only 25 basis and not by 50 basis as was expected by market previously due to which we are experiencing this down trend in world markets.
The critics mentioning that the month to month inflation is decreasing which means the inflation probably has reached to its plato. Resultantly,so far US futures are positive now, and market can start recovering tomorrow. Good sign, lets see..
