You have to choose the Ignore process To do so move your cursor to the top of the poster's icon above his/her pseudonym at the left of their post.
There you will see - in white on black - the word Ignore. Click on that and you'll get a confirmatory menu question asking you to confirm or cancel. Then click on the coloured tab below. You'll then get the HC confirmation. From then on you'll see no more posts from the Ignored poster.
