IMO I would say that holders already know those companies have already found 'stuff' along strike and open ended toward our tenements, and lots of 'stuff' to put it lightly. Nearology is a part, but also common sense as to what a naturally occurring resource in a structural trend is likely to do, and in many people's opinion, it's likely to follow the trend and ignore any invisible boundaries set up by companies with claims to the land.
CDT ran up to almost 7c earlier in the year based on our neighbours results... I'm of the opinion right now RTR is an extremely enticing opportunity (I don't yet hold any but have been keeping an eye on it) and unloved by the market. CDT sits in the same boat, and it shouldn't remain that way for long.
