It is very frustrating to watch indeed. But, it also suggests there is material interest (from more sophisticated buyers) in the stock. Someone is watching it like a hawk and does not want it to run (and possibly alert the market) before they taken their desired position. Just have to be patient... the fundamentals are promising for this one.
