Of course, the frustration it creates is most likely the reason they do it - to create the image of no price movement which causes retailer holders to sell and move on. The more stagnant we seem, the better for any accumulator/s to absorb any selling down.
It will run fast and hard once the gates open, and I'm of the opinion we'll see plenty of positive price action with our near term news flow during Q1.
