Now that Kambale’s graphite samples have been sent to Perth for test work, we can assume it’s all under control. We await the lab tests for commercial grade fine flake graphite concentrate & then results of whether it can be upgraded to PSG by end of Q1. Management have a level of confidence from the original phase 1 weathered samples. I am confident that this project alone will be the main reason our value will appreciate over the medium term.
So now the focus will be fixed on our other tenements, with progress at Earaheedy likely being next on the agenda. Results for Earaheedy soil samples (and Beasley Creek) are expected any day now. During September quarter, management completed a site visit to plan a follow up RC drilling program. We’re still awaiting land access and exploration agreement to proceed with this, which will be a priority. Also due are the following applications for licenses for exploration and land access agreements:
Woodcutters (lithium)– News due - awaiting land access and exploration agreement and undertake rock chip sampling program inhigh priority areas
Wilgee Springs (lithium) –undertake soil sampling program upon license grant (requires conservation management plan, which was close to completion in September Quarter)
Greath Southern (graphite)– News due - Secure additional access agreements with landowners and extend ground EM coverage.
Woomba Well (lithium) – awaiting exploration license
There are some left field announcements which we could see such as divestment of our excess projects (Beasley Creek, Polelle, Wanganui and Success Dome).
I agree there are probably still some disgruntled holders who may have misunderstood what CDT was trying to achieve back in 2021/22 which was procure a vast portfolio of high potential battery and base metal projects. Surely those who weren’t happy with the ‘lack of’ progress have already exited, or if they haven’t, there can’t be many left looking for the exit door.
What should occur when we start to see updates with our other tenements this quarter that we’ve lacked for the best part of nine months, is excitement. Newer holders who discover the hidden value graphite play & the high-level potential for all our other tenements. Only this time the excitement will also be backed by the flagship Kambale results, and management who are focused on progress, not just project procurement.
It’s likely we’ll see appreciation based on all of the above, as clearly CDT remains under the radar for the time being. GLTAH, all IMO, not advice, etc.
