A lot of short term memory going on here! The company has some great projects ! Probably too many.
It's a tough mkt atm.

The company has cash in hand, This raise is just for share holders, As i stated prior, I'm happy
that the big end of town doesn't get to screw us over, with 6% of the funds raised, as well as a ton
of free options.

I do agree that things could have been managed better, imo, ss should stick to the geo side
and have someone come in to actually run the company.

But with the assets on hand, and the potential they hold, I was more than happy to participate in the raise.
