Hi Bill,
I'm guessing you're referring to the volume range indicator on the right with red line (POC). It shows the price level for the shown time period with the highest traded volume, 0.16.
Some bullish divergence between price and RSI, see weekly chart attached.
Noteworthy quote from July 1c placement below, imo we are seeing instos selling into resistance recently, they're happy with a quick 100% return, happens all too often.
