I absolutely agree with you here in general. I am not sure who is doing it (not saying it’s some big company) but I cannot explain how at the end of each day recently there is someone purposely capping the price at 25. I have personally put in buy orders at a higher price, why wouldn’t the seller just put their sell price at 26 and get the extra money? I can’t explain it and I’m welcome to your ideas.
