Still Many waiting to off load shares 1 million just dumped into the buy line .
No one selling to pay bills with 25k .. paying the bills would be 3k sell , So what i make of this is that they are insiders that know CDT will be going places and they might also know the time span that will trigger the price running north so in the mean time they are trying to play with the share price so they can load up @ a cheaper price ... Sell @ 2.5 and have an order in for the same amount @ 2.4 or even 2.3 cents .
