Am surprised that the big Chinese holders did not take up their rights, considering the likes of ow want to increase their holding by 5% to 19.9%

Well they may have done a deal or will buy from the UW... and/or drip feed their coffers of say 50k avg/day for a year at these prices.

Why would they accumulates quickly, like M&G, and blow the sp out of the current levels, given they appear to be unwilling buyers at $2.50.
