You suspect skullduggery on the part of manipulators - all I see is investor fatigue and despondency, brought on by a falling share price fuelled by constantly failed promises and continued uncertainty as to financing and completion schedules. Now with a debt overhang to contend with. IMO it is now impossible for the plant to be completely commissioned by the time the first repayment is due in January 2016. With the equipment still in China, tenders not let for the work, Christmas, New Year and Easter, the electrics won't be complete before the middle of next year and then you have, according to the company's estimate, 8 months' commissioning.
