Yep....and the same happened with CTP whereby the Board all agreed to do what they did. But guess what after years of litigation and millions of dollars of shareholders and/or someone else's money, it just came out that the Board lost. All at the cost of the company and it's shareholders tough. None out of their pockets IMO. None at all..

And don't forget all the millions of dollars in Legal Costs too. OUCH!!!!

As previously advised don't ever count you chickens before they are fully hatched. Some shocks can just be around the corner and you have to be always ready for that.
And don't forget that, even if and when one wins a case, he/she will always be out of pockets for some of the legal costs. Costs are never awarded in full even if you win a case. So.....all in all.....more money to the Legals. THANK YOU, followed with a smile on their part of course!!!

We haven't started full mining as yet, so IMO it is a little too premature to say what you did.

Just wait till if we will be in full swing, if and when, and then we can all call it the way it should be. NOT BEFORE!!
