There is no money in the bank from Minsheng.

roh says that "The most important thing to realise is that CuDeco has got the money. Yes got the money."

    They haven't.

ozblue says "Remember they now have a loan without a BFS or a published DFS, a feat that many downrampers said was not possible."

    They don't.

maxw says that "CuDeco Management now have the funds at their disposal to ensure the early completion of the CuDeco Limited Project,"

    They don't.

    Yet.

There are conditions to be fulfilled before the loan is available. Possibly the most difficult one to get will be the approval of the landlord at Townsville. Dealing with a Government Owned Corporation (GOC) can be a lengthy process, even when everyone wants the same thing.

ozblue, you also said that "You have really shown your hand by finding nothing but negativity in a positive announcement." That is because I can see nothing positive in the announcement!! As I said in another post, the loan agreement position seems to have actually gone backwards from six months ago.

Look at it this way, Minsheng have now been looking at lending CDU money for a year now. And the parties haven't been able to reach a deal yet. What does that say for Minsheng's confidence in CDU's business? Not much, especially as they are insisting on a charge over whatever is available at Townsville, which really has to be fairly insignificant in the scheme of things. And for some reason the amount has dropped by one third from six months ago. Again, hardly a vote of confidence. And that with OW's close ties to Minsheng.
