Did you see that the ASIC Commissioner for Market claims that ASIC's new $44 million market suveillance system will more quickly hone in on market manipulation, etc...
It seems to have passed over the malfeasance which has gone on with the trading of CDU shares.
I suppose time will tell whether any culprits are ever brought to justice. ASIC don't appear to have taken any action, as yet, into the anomalies raised by CuDeco Management.
