Hi Brett,

CuDeco Management and long-term holders of CDU shares would certainly like ASIC to take Enforcement action as beng introduced into the USA market.

The SEC has already focused on manipulative short selling with the new Enforcement Program.

Short selling is prohibited in a window prior to a secondary offering. The SEC is intent on halting manipulative short selling.

The initiative was announced with a press release listing twenty-two actions. A broad spectrum of entities were involved in the proceedings. Each of the settling firms agreed to pay disgorgement, prejudgment interest and a penalty. The largest amount of disgorgement was us$2,537,114.00 The smallest amount was us$4,091.00.

I have forwarded the details on the SEC Enforcement activities to Senator John Williams, Senator for New South Wales, who is on the Senate Inquiry Committee into ASIC requesting him to include the infomation in my CuDeco submission for consideraton in due course.
