Hi Max,

Have you ever thought that WM might be more interested in natural justice? After all, if ASIC isn't interested in Peter's complaint against Paul, then neither would they be all that interested in Paul's subsequent complaint against Peter. If you are trying to analyse things you need to wary of the "Garbage in = Garbage out" adage, and the in depth ad nauseum analysis of CDU is testament to it. I guess it all comes down to how desperately WM wants to get even.
