The senate Inquiry established to enquire into the incompetence of the ASIC inaction into the Commonwealth Bank fiasco is in its infancy.
The legal action launched into high frequency trading in America will spill over into the Senate Inquiry.
Prominent Australian business identities have condemned the high frequency trading practice as damaging to their companies . Up until now neither ASIC or the ASX have acted against their complaints. That is about to change. The Senate Inquiry will see to that.
As for what happens with the Senate Inquiry into the high frequency trading, shorting, churning, broker relationships, postings on forums, stay tuned.
The Senate Inquiry has been made well aware in a number of submissions of what happened to CuDeco and Pat Price could be spot on in the action CuDeco will take. Stay tuned.
