When did you say that SFR released it's DFS to the market ?? I think that you are quite a few days late for that.
And, if you were to invest on that, chances are that you would have missed the boat.
Besides, what do we know about what the DFS will contain ? For it could be much better off than SFR, and it could also be worse off. No one knows.
