What specifically doesn't make a difference to a fully underwritten placement?
That the CEO, the man there from the beginning is only putting $10,000 @ risk when he is entitled lend significantly more to the company
or that it doesn't matter if existing shareholder take up or don't take up their entitlements and leave it to the underwriters who have underwritten the entire dilutive capital raising?
